Our chefs' have paired to all the Two Rivers Winery's wines for this meal and the tasting. We suggest tasting the wines without the food and then following up with a testing with the meal. This hearty reduction marinated 21 day dry aged western heavy Chairman's Reserve rib eye steak, (Salmon Steak for the no beef crowd, please indicate your requirement when ordering tickets.) served with fresh sweet corn and gourmet baked potato is designed to break the tannins wide open and let you explore what these Colorado Red Wines will become with rack aging. Of course we have the salad, soup, and desert planned to start and finish the meal as well.
